The Mai-Kai service personnel does everything from bringing our own cooking equipment and preparing all the food at the location of your choice, to setting up a beautifully decorated buffet or bar, while providing first class service.

If you choose the Open Bar Option your guests may be greeted by our sarong clad maidens with a silk lei, orchid leis and a Pina Colada or Fresh Rum Punch. Drinks can also be served in a fresh pineapple or coconut for an additional charge.

STANDARD OPEN BAR includes:
Rum Punch, Pina Colada, Standard Cocktails, Wine, Beer, Sodas & Juices
3 hour or 4 hour packages available

PREMIUM OPEN BAR includes:
Mai-Tai, Pina Colada, Premium Cocktails, Wine, Beer, 
Sodas & Juices
3 or 4 hour packages available

Each Open Bar package includes all beverage related equipment such as ice, plastic cups, straws, napkins and fruit garnishes.
