PUPU TO GO
Three of our wonderful appetizers in one platter. Our Egg Rolls, Crab Rangoon and Shanghai Chicken.

BBQ PORK TENDERLOIN
Slowly roasted and basted in our Asian BBQ sauce.

EGG ROLLS
Our own homemade egg rolls! A fresh won ton skin wrapped around Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, water chestnuts with snow crab meat and ground bbq pork.

CHICKEN WINGS MAI-KAI
Spicy, crispy and delicious.

CANTONESE FRIED SHRIMP
Butterflied shrimp lightly battered and fried.

CRAB RANGOON
A fresh won ton skin filled with a mixture of cheeses, snow crab meat and flavored with a hint of curry. Made fresh in the Mai-Kai kitchens.

BLACKENED SHRIMP
Served with a creamy cilantro aioli sauce.

SHANGHAI CHICKEN
Bite size pieces of marinated chicken wrapped with bacon and skewered with a toothpick.

ICED SHRIMP
Served ice cold with our Remoulade Sauce and Cocktail Sauce for dipping.

TEMPURA CHICKEN FINGERS
Strips of hand battered chicken breast in our delicious tempura batter.

FRIED DUMPLINGS
Filled with pork and vegetables and quick fried.

BBQ BABY BACK RIBS
Tender baby back ribs basted with our Asian BBQ sauce.
