Since 1956, the Mai-Kai has become known not only for our Mai-Kai Islander Revue, but also for providing the highest quality of food, drinks and service. It would be our pleasure to serve you and your friends at your upcoming event. Our Tropical Luau Feast features the following menu.
As your guests arrive, our waiters will pass an assortment of our most famous APPETIZERS to include the following:
Crab Rangoon
Egg Rolls
Shanghai Chicken
Cantonese Shrimp
Javanesian Beef
We will then serve the TROPICAL LUAU BUFFET, beautifully decorated with fresh fruit, flowers and the following delights:
A Whole Roast Pig
Marinated Pork
Teriyaki Stir Fry Chicken
Steamed White Rice, Chinese Fried Rice
Stir Fried Garden Vegetables

If you choose the Open Bar Option your guests may be greeted by our sarong clad maidens with a lei and a Pina Colada or Fresh Rum Punch. Drinks can also be served in a fresh pineapple or coconut to an additional charge.
